Hello all. I'm coming to you from Guatemala City where tonight's USA vs. Guatemala World Cup qualifier is shaping up to be a good one. With fans here lining up since the morning to get into the stadium for tonight's match, you can expect some of the usual craziness that goes with World Cup qualifiers in Central American.

Apologies for the late start. I'll blame a need for some sleep as well as the two-hour time difference with not posting earlier this morning. I wanted to get the day started with a post I'm sure most of you never thought you'd see. It is the rest of the last Q&A session from late June. Yes, things have been so crazy around here that I wasn't able to get to these questions until now but thankfully only a small few of the questions were time sensitive.
