The Bob Bradley coaching tree continues to extend north of the border.
Former U.S. national team assistant Mike Sorber has joined the coaching staff for the Montreal Impact, where he'll assist head coach Jesse Marsch when the club makes the leap to MLS next year. Sorber and Marsch were both assistants under Bradley for the national team from 2010-2011, and the two were teammates on the Chicago Fire playing under Bradley in 2000.
Sorber, a former U.S. international who competed in Mexico and MLS during his playing career, was previously an assistant at St. Louis University before joining Bradley's staff for the 2010 World Cup cycle.
Sorber joins Preston Burpo, who signed on as goalkeepers coach earlier this week, as Marsch's assistants.
