The UEFA Champions League Group Stage draw took place on Thursday and while we didn't quite get the ultimate Group of Death, we did see some juicy match-ups and one VERY tough group.
Manchester City's first foray into the Champions League will see the boys in Blue compete in the clear choice for Group of Death as City takes on Bayern Munich, Villarreal and Napoli in Group A.
FC Barcelona faces a very tough opponent in AC Milan in its group, but with BATE Borisov and Viktoria Pizen rounding out Group H, the two European powers should advance with ease.
Here are the eight groups that will comprise the UEFA Champions League Group Stage:
GROUP A- Bayern Munich, Villarreal, Manchester City, Napoli
GROUP B- Inter Milan, CSKA Moscow, Lille, Trabzonspor
GROUP C- Manchester United, Benfica, Basel, Otelul Galati
GROUP D- Real Madrid, Lyon, Ajax, Dinamo Zagreb
GROUP E- Chelsea, Valencia. Bayer Leverkusen, Genk
GROUP F- Arsenal, Marseille, Olympiakos, Borussia Dortmund
GROUP G- FC Porto, Shakhtar Donetsk, Zenit St Petersburg, APOEL Nicosia
GROUP H- Barcelona, AC Milan, BATE Borisov, Viktoria Plzen
