Soccer Wednesday: Your Running Commentary
Plenty is on the line in the Copa America Wednesday night as group play wraps up. Three teams, including Brazil, have a shot at winning Group B, and third-place CONCACAF representative Costa Rica holds its breath, as it can still advance to the quarterfinals if Venezuela beats Paraguay.
The World Football Challenge kicks off Wednesday night as well, with the New England Revolution hosting Manchester United in the opening match of the exhibition tournament. The last U.S. Open Cup quarterfinal caps off the night, with Seattle and Los Angeles meeting for the right to play FC Dallas in the next round.
Here is the night's schedule of matches:
6:15 p.m. - Telefutura/YouTube - Paraguay vs. Venezuela
8 p.m. - ESPN2/ESPN3.com - New England Revolution vs. Manchester United
8:45 p.m. - Telefutura/YouTube - Brazil vs. Ecuador
10:30 p.m. - Streaming video - Seattle Sounders vs. Los Angeles Galaxy
