For 260 minutes, the Seattle Sounders offense failed to find the net despite creating numerous chances over the course of three games.
Steve Zakuani finally broke Seattle's drought with an 81st minute score to help the Sounders score a 1-1 draw against the Houston Dynamo at Qwest Field on Friday night.
Houston goalkeeper Tally Hall was the star of the show, stopping a plethora of Seattle scoring chances to salvage a valuable road point for the Dynamo.
Houston opened the scoring on a Geoff Cameron goal that came against the run of play, and with Seattle dominating the flow of the action. The Sounders kept the pressure on before finally breaking through in the 81st minute when he tapped home a deflected corner kick at point-blank range.
