anyone know if there's a streaming feed somewhere?

DCM: My direct kick is working fine.
Posted by: aristotle | June 07, 2008 at 11:03 PM
This sucks, I've been on hold for a while now with Comcast.
Posted by: DCM | June 07, 2008 at 11:09 PM
Wow! Buddle looks like he might finally be getting his head together and starting to realize his potential. Great goal. A good season by Buddle could make LA an offensive juggernaut.

DCM: I have a lot of problems with my DK but nearly all of them are the same thing. The game never comes on and it's like I don't have the DK package. If it happens enough you should ask for a discount. We've done that a couple of times in the past few years.
Posted by: aristotle | June 07, 2008 at 11:14 PM
When I ordered DK on opening weekend the Customer Service person with Comcast somehow searched for and some how found a special deal of $49 for the season. So I'm not sure I can get much more of a discount than that. This is the 1st problem I've had this season. Unfortunately it wasn't the RSL v KC game instead of this match.
Enjoy

What brought on the 2 reds?
Posted by: DCM | June 07, 2008 at 11:27 PM
I've been distracted myself with stuff going on. I didn't even know about the red until you just mentioned them. It must be "red" night!
Posted by: aristotle | June 07, 2008 at 11:32 PM
Red card to Colorado's Facundo Erpen for rolling on the ground and kicking Allen Gordon in the crotch.
Red card to LA's Allen Gordon for retaliating by kicking him in the shin. Good calls both ways.
LA is dominating, hope it continues in the second half.

Erpen went down and took a veiled swipe at Gordon. Gordon retaliated. Red cards for both

Sounds very similar to Prideaux and Gallardo

Found the match on Sopcast.
Comcast was real helpful. Couldn't figure out the problem, asked if I had rebooted my digital box & ended the chat by setting up an appointment for a tech to come on Thursday afternoon from 10-2 where they will not be able to figure out why I had a problem getting the game tonight.

The Galaxy make that $20 fee very easy to pay. As awkwardly assembled as they may be, they are exciting to watch.
Posted by: Amit | June 07, 2008 at 11:44 PM
$20 ??
Posted by: DCM | June 07, 2008 at 11:45 PM
DCM:
Comcast sounds just like Cox. They're all the same I guess.
Nice goal by LA! Smooth celebration too!
Posted by: aristotle | June 07, 2008 at 11:48 PM
3-0 LAG, who would have guessed with LD not playing to be with the USMNT in NY.
Posted by: DCM | June 07, 2008 at 11:49 PM
Looks like the offensive juggernaut is back on track!
Posted by: aristotle | June 07, 2008 at 11:49 PM
Xavier has been looking sharp tonight, hair aside.

Jackie is struggling, "US Open" ?? Golf tournament must be on her mind versus US Open Cup.
I guess I'm just being picky.
7 red cards in one day of MLS. Wonder what the record for reds in 1 day of MLS league play.
Posted by: DCM | June 07, 2008 at 11:53 PM
Buddle's got to get a shot off earlier.
Posted by: DCM | June 07, 2008 at 11:55 PM
I have a feeling there will be more reds in this game.
Posted by: aristotle | June 07, 2008 at 11:55 PM
Ironic that Buddle has to leave the game after making contact with Burpo while trying to avoid contact with Burpo.
Posted by: aristotle | June 07, 2008 at 11:57 PM
It's been that kind of night.
What was Buddle thinking throwing his hand through the ball there?
Posted by: DCM | June 07, 2008 at 11:58 PM
It's probably wise after picking up the Yellow anyway up 3-0 in the 60th.
Posted by: DCM | June 07, 2008 at 11:59 PM
$20 for mlsnet coverage of league games for the entire season.
Posted by: Amit | June 08, 2008 at 12:02 AM
Amit - got it. I found the free webcast for tonight. I agree, the LAG matches alone so far this season have been worth the $50 I paid for DK.
Posted by: DCM | June 08, 2008 at 12:05 AM
Nice goal from Clark to make it 3-1 in the 74th
Posted by: DCM | June 08, 2008 at 12:14 AM
Uh oh, its now 3-2 in the 82nd.
Posted by: DCM | June 08, 2008 at 12:22 AM
And a fan runs out on the field and gives Beckham a high five & hug with Klein then showing up and knocks the kid to the ground who is then helped back to his feet by Beckham and then taken away by "security"

The Galaxy were lucky to survive that onslaught. Same old story. Their going to need to keep scoring lots of goals if they are going to have success, because they will certainly keep giving them up if something doesn't change.
Posted by: aristotle | June 08, 2008 at 12:36 AM
After 5 minutes of stoppage time, game ends LAG 3 - 2 CR.
Posted by: DCM | June 08, 2008 at 12:36 AM
Probably the best team to watch in the league right now, though.
Posted by: aristotle | June 08, 2008 at 12:37 AM
With a third of the season having been completed, and the Galaxy in first place, I would say they are in pretty good shape. They will need to do something about their defense to get to the MLS Cup, though.
Posted by: aristotle | June 08, 2008 at 12:39 AM
Decent offense for the Galaxy, but boy, what crappy defense! Don't they know that it is much easier to kill the game by keeping the ball? Plus, the Rapids kept catching them on the same play - long ball over the top. And Xavier is way past his prime - decent positioning, but absolutely no legs left.
Gullit needs to call up his old pals Rijkard and Coeman for help in teaching defensive basics:)
Posted by: Gene | June 08, 2008 at 12:39 AM
If the Galaxy aren't gonna improve their defense, then they need to finish all their chances. That game should have been at least 4-2. Buddle just throw away his one on one by waiting forever to shoot.
Posted by: CACuzcatlan | June 08, 2008 at 12:46 AM
Agreed that the Gals are the best in the league to watch if you're looking for entertainment. The over-under on goals in the average LA game is about 4. They really need to get moving on defensive help, I still think they should deal Ruiz, but the window looks to be closing with Chi if they are going to land McBride.
Weird night in MLS, 7 red cards in 3 games???
