Just a late update, Cooper opened the scoring with a breakaway goal. FCD 1-0

FCD absolutely owned the first half, second half was more even, and Jon Busch was absolutely Man of the Match.

Bob Bradley - please put Kenny Cooper in the line up!!!
I think the three best US players right now are (in no particular order) Tim Howard, Landon Donovan and Kenny Cooper.

Aww, what a shame. Chicago lost.

terrible game on chicago's part..
coming out in a 4-5-1 with king as a mid, and playing thorrington in a d-mid role.. i felt like there were 7 defenders.. and we still couldnt stop cooper from being dangerous

cooper constantly proves why i HATE playing against him.... outside of the left to in swing it past busch??? there is no reason why BB shouldnt be calling cooper up on the 2nd leg...
and this goes to show you another reason why we wont depart with Rolfe... oddly enough we cannot win a game without the guy...everyone seems so high on Blanco... but without Rolfe doing ALOT of the dirty work in the midfield, Blanco isnt given that free reign... now i didnt get to watch the game, but obviously our attack was absent that game....
and id like to see Hamlett go up with 2 forwards with Blanco slotted behind him... just look at the DC game in the playoffs last season and see how effective with Rolfe and Barrett playing forwards....
i know we still have 2 games in hand on alot of the teams, but these games are crucial to win especially since we have the games in hand.... funny how at the beg. of the season a few teams broke away and now other teams have pulled back and it seems every team is within a few games of each other.... Such is the MLS...
