The SBI Show: Episode 66 (Talking USMNT injuries, MLS Week 27, and more)

Jozy Altidore

By IVES GALARCEP

The U.S. Men’s National Team is just days away from resuming World Cup qualifying and the latest episode of The SBI Show takes a look at the recent rash of injuries that has the USMNT’s depth ready to be tested.

Co-host Garrett Cleverly and I discuss the options Jurgen Klinsmann may turn to in place of Jozy Altidore and Brad Evans (though Altidore’s return to training today makes it appear he should be back in action in time for the qualifiers).

We also take a look at the European transfer window, and some of the bigger moves made, and we discuss the American players who surprisingly stayed put. We also discuss MLS Week 27, including Real Salt Lake’s impressive victory over the Portland Timbers.

Give Episode 66 of The SBI Show a listen after the jump:

What did you think of the show? Agree with our take on the players Klinsmann could turn to as injury replacements? Which transfer window moves impressed you the most?
