the logical choice. Guy on the far left is asking for a serious leg injury with those toddler sized shin pads.

No question they played a good game. But wasn’t their score heavily inflated by the Galaxy just plain giving up after the second goal?

    • ed - houston says:

Why would professionals give up, at any point, in a game. Arena wont stand for that.

    • Steven says:

Not sure your point on this. The Revs don’t get credit because the Galaxy gave up at the end? It’s not easy for any team to put up 5 in a game. Fact is the Galaxy have had problems with the Revs in recent years. This team is young, and have great potential to build a strong core for years to come.

    • Joseph says:

The Galaxy never gave up. In fact, they dominated possession and out passed us by 150 passes if I remember correctly. The Galaxy doesn’t and didn’t put their head down at any point, they were simply not taking their chances and were beaten fair and square in the end.

I’ve been waiting, for years, for the Revs to get back into playoff contention. Maybe they can take DCU’s place this year. I can say the same for TFC but they are not looking hot -yet.

  4. Brent says:

Not surprised at the choice…but I wonder if Ives/Garrett would have chosen the Revs as their likely Team of the Week prior to the weekends games.
