Major League Soccer just made it even easier for folks to vote their favorite players into the 2013 MLS All-Star Game.

From 12pm ET on Thursday through Friday at 11:59pm, fans can vote on Twitter for who will be in the starting XI to face AS Roma on July 31 at Sporting Park. Fans can vote for multiple players at a time, as many times as they would like, though the player must already be on the ballot.

What do you make of this news? Do you plan on tweeting your vote?

Love it! I made one for our former U of L Cardinals, Farrell and Berry. Vote early and often. :)

  2. Travis says:

This is lame, I don’t normally vote on all-star games but I certainly wont if it has to be done via Twitter.

  3. Adrian says:

I voted on the MLS website. As my non Galaxy votes I put in Clint Irwin, Chara, Rodney Wallace, Henry, DiViao McGee and Nestsa.

  4. Ivan says:

Is there an option to vote for “The All Star Game is a stupid idea and MLS must get rid of it”?

If yes, I would gladly vote!

  5. Gnarls says:

Very clever, MLS. “Please vote via Twitter (so that you’re simultaneously advertising the league to all your followers)!

    I voted on mlssoccer.com.
