2013 MLS Combine: Day One (Live Commentary)

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.– The 2013 MLS Combine kicks off today at Central Broward Regional Park as the nation’s top college talent looks to impress scouts in the days leading up to the MLS Combine.

The Generation adidas class is set, and the final invitations and replacements have been established and the games get in full swing today. The first day of the Combine is traditionally not the sharpest of days as many players will show off-season rust, but the players who come out firing and impress from the first day will get a leg up on the competition to turn heads.

SBI will be providing detailed coverage from the MLS Combine every match day, with a team of writers here to bring you all the action, and let you know who is impressing and who is struggling.

Let’s get started (Live Commentary is after the jump):

we don’t need announcers, or hd, or replay, just a camera rolling with a good enough height and angle. i would have live streamed it for free had they asked in advance. the only complaint they might have had with me is my drinking, mess, and body odor.
