Watched Jozy play ever since he was a kid. Definitely my fav usmnt player.

    • Altidores Army says:

Totally agree, my favorite USMNT player, such a unique skill set, with both power and finesse. Hope he keeps on improving, the sky is the limit for this kid.

      • pancholama says:

I agree – I first saw him play when he was 16, and it’s not like I was the first one to discover him or anything, but I had a strong feeling he would blossom into a USMNT international.
He needs to stay humble, and continue to work hard, not take anything for granted.
        Sky’s the limit.

  2. Mark says:

I hope Jozy has a good showing against Russia, b/c honestly I am not a big fan of his. I would would much rather use Terence Boyd as our strongman up front paired with Herculez and Dempsey.

Kind of lost in Jozy’s big season is that AZ Alkmaar are below midtable. What has happened to them? I seem to remember they lost the title on the last match day of last season.

  13. Lil' Zeke says:

After they panned through all of the cheese, I stopped paying attention and just thought about cheese.
