Some strong comment from the replay man on the PK call, “somewhat inconclusive”.
There was nothing inconclusive about that call, it was a dive.
The referee was sweating bullets seeing how time was running out and he hadn’t given ManU the game yet. Just pathetic.
Shelvey left ground, led with one foot studs up (and gets the ball)…
Evans left ground, two footed, studs up…
Shelvey gets a red and Evans gets to play on.
what a joke.

Basically we’re at a point where it’s a legitimate argument that the league is rigging matches for United.
Because let’s be honest–without United dominating the league loses a drastic amount of its appeal. We saw what happened last year. United was knocked out of Europa and the EPL was pushed to the back page for months as Germany, Italy and Spain took control.
The EPL is a very different league without United and you can bet the league office knows that.
The difference was that Evans screamed and rolled on the ground while Shelvey got up played…..that and the shirt.
Pretty amazing reaction from Evans considering the replay showed Shelvey got the ball and barely touched Evans.
Did Suarez forget about his talent and fail to do his customary reverse two-and-a-half somersault tuck this time around? As bad as that call was, it seems poetic justice that Liverpool concedes a PK on a dive.
