   The shot is great, but this goal typifies the problems with American soccer. Terrible touch leads to a wide open shot. You’d never see a goal like this in a quality European league.

   No, mistakes happen in Europe too. What a true soccer fan wants to see is punishment for such mistakes. And Arrieta opened a Costco-sized can of it with a fantastic strike.
