SBI MLS Best XI: Week 8

Steven Lenhart and Marvin Chavez didn't start for San Jose in last week's match against the Philadelphia Union, but that didn't stop either from making bigger impacts than many players around the league who played a full 90 minutes.

The Earthquakes super subs combined for both late goals in San Jose's 2-1 victory against Philadelphia, a set of performances that helped them both earn places on SBI's MLS Best XI.

There were some familiar faces, and some new ones on this week's team, including a pair of rookies (Ryan Meara and Tony Cascio) and seemingly weekly selection Kyle Beckerman, who is enjoying another standout season for Real Salt Lake.
