I remember the feeling in my gut knowing he’d be out for the season when I saw the injury… Good spirits though, this is ridiculously fast.
Wow…Good for him. That was a horrible injury and I’m glad Zakuani is doing as well as he is. Stand-up guy, and a solid player.
Get better, Steve! We miss your speed and 1:1 capabilities out there!
Not if anyone had listened to what I said when it first happened. This is not super fast for his injury and subsequent surgery. Had he gotten a cast then yes this would be lightning fast, but he got surgery and I had the same thing minus the special therapy help he surely gets. If anything knowing that he has all this extra stuff I didn’t, this is slow.
Excellent player. Brings a lot to MLS. Great role model too.
True gent that number 11. Hope he’s back better than ever.
Steve Zakuani is pure class. The league and the world would be a better place with more Zakuani’s.
I know he’s played a friendly for Congo, but I’d love to see him play for the US. We’re running out of wingers who can dribble in this country.
Completely agree JJ. All I could think while watching this was what a great guy and role model he is.
